    Launce and his crew did repairs and leveling on our 1943 Craftsman house that was in desperate need for attention. He found several areas that needed repair when the other companies I called for estimates were only going to fix the problems that I could see from above. He is very thorough and even came back out two more times to get our house as level as possible. The cost was also far lower than the other companies came back with. 10/10 would recommend đź‘Ť


Our History

I personally have been in residential foundation work for over 18 years. I started Crawlspace Maintenance LLC (dba “Crawlspace Florida”) in 2019 to address the lack of true comprehensive repairs and common-sense pricing  for crawl space homeowners.
